How to Make a Herbal Infusion:
Add one scoop to the teapot or tea infuser. Pour 1 to cups of fresh boiled pure water over herbs. Let infuse for up to 20 minutes or according to taste (the longer the infusion the stronger the medicinal nutrient effect).
Drink 2 to 3 cups daily
