How to Make a Herbal Infusion:
Add one scoop to the teapot or tea infuser. Pour 1 to cups of fresh boiled pure water over herbs. Let infuse up to 20 minutes or according to taste ( the longer the infusion the stronger the medicinal nutrient effect).
